No Showroom for us = No rent to pay, No bills to pay and No showroom Salaries to pay =A BETTER PRICE FOR YOU!!
So, when it comes to pricing a kitchen, where do you start and what do you need to take into consideration?
Let's start by thinking about all the different aspects that go into a kitchen renovation. We can give you average costs, but many of the final costings depend on what brands you want and what you choose to spend.
Typically someone will spend between $3,000 - $7,000 on appliances, unless they are going for a top of the range brand.
Laminate is a great option to keep the costs down and is a very durable, easy to clean benchtop available in dozens of different colours
Stone is a more common choice these days with options of different thickness's and a multitude of colours. Expect to pay twice the price for stone as you do for a laminate.
Solid Surface benchtops such as Corian give you a finish with an almost inconspicuous joint and can have moulded sinks built in.
Again this depends on the number of cabinets you have and how much you are changing your kitchen layout. The average price for trade work including cabinet Installation, Benchtops, Electrics, Plumbing, Plastering and Tiling is from $3,000 to $5,000
Tiling is very much to trend again this year and is the more cost effective option. There are literally thousands of tiles to choose from to give you your desired dream kitchen. Expect to pay $200 to $600 for tiles.
Glass is a more expensive option and is very easy to wipe clean and gives you a stunning colour blocking where you might need it. Expect to pay $750 - $2,500.
When you have all this accounted for, you will simply need to add one more very important thing.......... the cabinets.......
